We are looking for a Head of Product to lead and grow the Product team in Brazil, made up of Product Managers. This person will be responsible for translating the company's vision into strategy and roadmap, raising the bar on discovery and delivery, and ensuring that product decisions are guided by data and by real impact on users' lives. It's a role that blends people leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap in Brazil, aligned with business goals and Phiz's super app vision.
- •Build, mentor, and grow the team of Product Managers
- •covering hiring, mentorship, performance management, and career development.
Establish a culture of continuous discovery and data-driven decisions, defining success metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization) and tracking them closely.
Prioritize and sequence work across chat, payments/wallet, and marketplace, balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and business teams to take products from concept to launch and scale.
Ensure delivery quality: shipping cadence, backlog health, predictability, and continuous improvement of product processes.
- •Translate the needs of users and the Brazilian market into product opportunities, with special attention to security, privacy, and trust

Communicate results, learnings, and roadmap evolution to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
Experience leading Product teams on high-scale digital products;High agency: a bias for action, taking ownership from problem to outcome without waiting to be told what to do;Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and team productivity;Background in mobile apps with an established user base;Track record of end-to-end launches at the helm of a team, raising the bar on both discovery and delivery;Command of prioritization frameworks and of defining strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the Product team;Ability to translate the company's vision into product strategy and break it down into execution;Fluency in data to inform decisions: autonomous analysis and analytics toolsAbility to interpret technical API documentation;Experience with discovery frameworks and a culture of experimentation;People leadership, autonomy, ownership, and comfort in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments;Experience in super apps, fintechs, communication platforms, or B2B/B2G integrations will be considered a plus;Advanced English
