Director, Professional Services (North America, EMEA & APAC)
Job Summary Sigga takes the paper out of industrial maintenance. From offices across North America, Latin America, and Europe, we give the world's largest refineries, mines, mills, and plants mobile SAP asset management that their technicians actually use, and we are growing fast on the back of it. We are hiring a Director, Professional Services to own the customer base across North America, EMEA, and APAC: every implementation, every rollout, and every services engagement outside LATAM. You will set the delivery model for the regions, define the success criteria you are measured against, and recruit and lead the Project Managers who carry the accounts. You will carry real commercial weight. Services revenue, program margin, billable milestone attainment, and cross-sell/up-sell growth across the portfolio all sit with you, along with the budget, the executive air cover, and the autonomy to go get them. The seat is a visible one. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations, who owns Professional Services, Customer Success and Customer Support, partner with Sigga executives across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and have direct access and visibility to the Sigga CEO. You will travel globally, sitting across the table from the operations and IT executives who run some of the largest industrial companies in the world. RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
General Accountabilities Strategic Leadership and Program Oversight · Program Delivery: own end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs across the regions, from greenfield implementations through rollout expansions, against customer ROI goals and contractual SOW deliverables. · Growth Through Delivery: convert delivery performance into services expansion and cARR growth through additional rollouts, training, full consumption of purchased seat licenses, and cross-sell/up-sell. · Sales Engagement: partner with account executives on services opportunities, scope and price the work, present the delivery approach to prospects and customers, and negotiate services terms through to close. · SOW Ownership: write and negotiate SOWs and change orders; protecting margin and holding delivery to what was signed. · Outcomes and KPIs: set and hit the success criteria that define value realization for each account, keeping every program aligned to Sigga's strategic priorities. · Risk and Issue Management: surface risks early and drive issues to closure so billable milestones land on time and project hour overruns stay contained. · Resource and Performance Management: deploy people, budget, and time where they return the most, tracking program health and correcting course fast. Team Leadership and Collaboration · Team Building: recruit, hire, and lead the Project Managers who carry the accounts, and set the performance standard the team is held to. · Mentorship and Coaching: develop project managers and functional consultants, and keep the bench deep enough to absorb growth. · Cross-Functional Leadership: drive collaboration across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, escalate risks early, and bring recommendations with the solution attached. · Trusted Advisor: own the executive relationship at each account, deliver a Sigga roadmap tied to their EAM objectives, and partner with Customer Success to turn adoption into realized ROI. Job Qualifications Required · 3+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience or equivalent experience in maintenance, repair, planning and scheduling operations within our target industries. · Demonstrated track record carrying services revenue, margin, or utilization targets, with hands-on experience scoping, pricing, and negotiating SOWs and change orders. · 10+ years delivering professional services, consulting, or SaaS implementation engagements for enterprise software at large, multi-national accounts, including 3+ years leading project or program managers. · Executive-level escalation and conflict management across internal and customer stakeholders. · Independent problem solver with high accountability to outcomes. · Strong verbal and written English, with the ability to run executive conversations across regions. · Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred · Delivery experience across two or more of North America, EMEA, and APAC, managing distributed teams and customers in multiple time zones. · Experience with a professional services automation or CRM tool for forecasting, staffing, and expansion pipeline. · Mobility implementation experience at an enterprise scale. Other Requirements · Willing to travel up to 50% (domestic and international). · Multiple language skills: at least one of Spanish, French, or German.
