- •About the Role
- •We are seeking a remote, full-time Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 6+ years of software development experience. Candidates must have a strong background in React.js and either Golang, Node.js, or Java experience with a strong desire to adopt Golang as the primary back-end technology. In this position, you will play a foundational role in building the core platform that enables power utilities to shift from decades-old legacy systems into an AI-native future. Candidates must bring working proficiency with AI tools and APIs to ensure seamless integration of intelligent functionality into the client's products.
- •Required Experience
- •Excellent English communication skills
- •6+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- •Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job)
- •Strong background in React
- •Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teams
- •Basic proficiency with AI/ML tooling (e.g., calling APIs, integrating model outputs)
- •Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architectures
- •Cloud-native engineering experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- •Additional Information
- •15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), 1 floating day, 3 sick days, and designated national holidays
