We are looking for an SDR to join our commercial team in the US, responsible for the initial qualification of schools and partners, identifying fit with the Árvore Writing solution and routing qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Árvore joined forces with SuperAutor, expanding our portfolio and strengthening our impact in literacy education. By combining our expertise in reading with an innovative writing platform, we now offer a more complete literacy journey that develops students' creativity, authorship, and protagonism.

This role requires pace, organization, and consistency in the execution of commercial activities, with a focus on generating qualified opportunities for the US operation.

Goal: Generate qualified opportunities for the Árvore Writing solution in the US market.

Run active outbound prospecting cadences.

Reach out to prospects by phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and other platforms.

Apply the qualification criteria defined by the team.

Identify potential fit with the Árvore Writing solution.

Schedule meetings for the sales team.

Log information and updates in the CRM.Meet daily activity targets and productivity indicators.

Take part in messaging and process trainings.

Strong English fluency (written and spoken).

Strong oral and written communication.

Organization and discipline to manage a routine.

Comfort working with targets and indicators.

Collaborative profile. Nice to Have:Previous experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer service.

Familiarity with CRM tools.

Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree.

Valid passport.

Willingness to travel.
